All shipping methods (even USPS First Class) include delivery confirmation. Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation e-mail along with a tracking number. You can also log into your online account or call (206) 594-6226 to track your order at any time.
We try our best to process and ship your order within two business days (does not include weekends or holidays.) However, inclement weather and forces beyond our control may occasionally cause additional delays. The shipping time frames listed on this page are based on those provided by the USPS and UPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Standard (3-7 business days)
Least expensive method when time is not critical. Typically takes 3-7 days depending on destination and actual time is not guaranteed. Product is shipped in sturdy bubble mailer for added protection and to help minimize shipping charges. (You will receive a tracking number when product ships.)
Express (2-3 business days)
Priority shipping when you need it right away. Typically takes 2-3 days depending on destination and actual time is not guaranteed. (You will receive a tracking number when product ships.)
ADDRESS CORRECTIONS & CHANGES
Please double check your shipping address and make sure to include any suite number, apartment number, floor number, etc. If your address contains any vital errors or omissions, UPS may assess an additional service fee. Additionally, if you change your shipping address after your shipment has left our warehouse, UPS will assess a change of address fee. Both of these fees will be the customer's responsibility and you will be billed accordingly. Of course, if it's our mistake, we will take care of the charges.
