We use the US Postal Service and UPS.
All rates are "real time" (based on actual weight and "ship to" location) and include a minimal handling charge.  During check out, click on "display rates" to toggle between the USPS and UPS shipping options.  

All shipping methods (even USPS First Class & Parcel) include delivery confirmation.  Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation e-mail along with a tracking number.  You can also log into your online account or call 1-877-805-BAGS (2247) to track your order at any time.

We try our best to process and ship your order within two business days (does not include weekends or holidays.)  However, inclimate weather and forces beyond our control may occasionally cause additional delays.  The shipping time frames listed on this page are based on those provided by the USPS and UPS.  We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.  .


USPS First Class ($3.95 anywhere in the US)
Least expensive method to ship small orders (1-3 items) when time is not critical.  Typically takes 2-7 days depending on destination and actual time is not guaranteed.  Product is shipped in sturdy bubble mailer for added protection and to help minimize shipping charges.
USPS Parcel
Economical method for shipping when time is not critical.  Typically takes 2-9 days depending on destination and actual time is not guaranteed.

USPS Priority

Fast & economical method for shipping small to medium sized orders.  Typically takes 2-3 days depending on destination and actual time is not guaranteed.

UPS Ground
An economical method for shipping medium to large orders when time is not critical.  Typically takes 1-7 days depending on the destination and actual time is not guaranteed.  


Physical Address Required
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.  You must provide a physical delivery address.  If you need to ship to an address other than your billing address, please download this PDF authorization form and fax back to 1-877-805-6551.

Signature Required
UPS carriers require a signature to release packages.  Please arrange to be at your delivery location to receive your package or select a different location or shipping method. 
No Saturday Service
The UPS delivery rates listed on this site do NOT include Saturday delivery.  UPS charges more for this service and we do not offer it at this time.  Saturday is also NOT considered a business day.  Therefore, please take this into account when selecting your shipping method.
Address Errors & Post-Pickup Changes
Please double check your shipping address and make sure to include any suite number, apartment number, floor number, etc.   If your address contains any vital errors or omissions, UPS may assess an additional service fee.  Additionally, if you change your shipping address after your shipment has left our warehouse, UPS will assess a change of address fee.  Both of these fees will be the customer's responsibility and you will be billed accordingly.  Of course, if it's our mistake, we will take care of the charges.
