Damaged & Missing Items

Please inspect all products immediately upon receipt.  You have 14 days to report any damaged or missing items.  To do so, please call 1-877-805-BAGS (2247) or send an e-mail to [email protected].  If sending an e-mail, please write "Damaged Items" or "Missing Items" in the subject header and include the following information in the body of the message:
  • Order Number
  • Items in Question
  • Problem (missing product, product arrived damaged, etc.)
  • Name
  • Phone Number
Someone will contact you immediately to follow up on the matter.

Do NOT send back the damaged goods without contacting us first.  Also, please hold on to any damaged shipping containers (envelopes/mailers or boxes) until we contact you.  If it is determined that the damage was caused by the shipper (USPS or UPS), we may need them as evidence in order to file a claim.
