Things you can do to lessen the symptoms of motion sickness.

By Land
1. Sit in the front seat.
2. Sit next to the window.
3. Don't read in the car or play video games.
4. Make sure there is good air circulation.
5. Face forward as much as possible.
6. Do not drink alcohol or eat heavy, greasy foods before or during a trip.
7. Avoid being overly hungry or overly full. Snacking on crackers and bananas can help to settle your stomach.  Ginger candy can also help as ginger has natural anti-nausea properties.
8. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing (avoid snug fitting waistbands).
9. Try over the counter, motion sickness pills such as Bonine® or Dramamine®.  Bonine® is non-drowsy and comes in a chewable raspberry flavor.  (Check with your doctor first)
10. Always carry Barf Boutique® barf bags.
